Thumbnail Maker: Series Studio Privacy Policy
Thumbnail Maker: Series Studio helps you create thumbnail and channel-art images from photos, text, backgrounds, stickers and templates. This notice explains how the app handles information.
Photos, camera images and projects
When you choose an image through Android’s system picker, the app reads the selected image so you can edit it. If you choose the camera option, an external camera app saves a temporary capture for the editor. Editing is performed on the device. Working files, saved project images, editor settings and history are stored in app-controlled storage on the device. The app does not require an account and does not upload selected photos, camera images, text layers or completed designs to a developer-operated server.
Saving and sharing
When you save a finished design, the app keeps a private copy for its history and publishes a PNG to the device’s Pictures/Thumbnail Maker collection on supported Android versions. Clearing app storage does not automatically delete copies already published to Pictures. When you choose Share, Android sends the selected output only to the app or service you select. That recipient handles its copy under its own terms and privacy policy.
Advertising and consent
The app uses Google Mobile Ads for banner, native, interstitial and app-open advertising. Before requesting ads where consent is required, the app requests consent information through Google’s User Messaging Platform and provides a privacy-choices control when the platform makes one available. Google and its advertising partners may process online identifiers, IP address, device and app information, diagnostic information and ad interactions as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Unity Ads is included as a mediation source for supported formats and may process device identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics and advertising interactions under Unity’s Privacy Policy. App-open ads are served through Google rather than Unity mediation. The app does not use a rewarded-ad placement in this release candidate.
Remove Ads
The app shows a Remove Ads option, but no purchasable product is active in this release candidate. If a later release makes that option available, Google Play or Galaxy Store will process the payment and this notice will be updated before the purchase is offered to explain the verification, restoration, retention and deletion practices that apply. Photos, designs, text layers and project data will not be sent to process a purchase.
Permissions and device access
The app uses internet and network-state access for advertising, consent and eligible mediated ads. Camera capture is started through an external camera app, and image selection uses Android’s system picker. The app does not request broad photo-library or storage permission in the current manifest. Automatic Android backup is disabled.
Retention, deletion and contact
Local working files, history and preferences remain on the device until you delete the relevant content, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Images already exported to Pictures or shared to another destination must be deleted from those locations separately. Advertising providers retain information under their own policies and applicable law. You can revisit advertising privacy choices when available. Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
